Kremke Soul addresses this challenge by purchasing surplus textiles from a family-owned spinning mill in India, where many textiles exist that would normally end up in landfills. Instead, Kremke Soul Wool gives new life to the fibers by transforming them into Wool Reborn Wool Recycled.

The production process starts by sorting the used clothing items by fibre. The garments that contain 60% or more wool go to the wool sorting line. The textiles are then sorted by colour. Once this process is complete, it is not possible to obtain fibres containing 100% wool. Instead, they contain 65-75% wool, while the remaining fibres are a composition of acrylic, polyester, nylon, etc. However, due to the raw material, it is not possible to have a fixed wool percentage.

Since Kremke Soul Wool has a soft and not least woolly texture, the yarn is perfect for projects such as sweaters, cardigans and vests.
