* Yarn over crochet hook, insert the hook into stitch, yarn over, pull the yarn through the stitch, yarn over and pull the yarn through two of the loops on the crochet hook* Repeat 4 more times so you have a total of 5 unfinished stitches. Finish the bobble with yarn over hook and pull the yarn through all the stitches on the needle

Instructions

You crochet with two strands of yarn.

1. Cast on 27 ch + 1 ch for turning.

You turn all rows with 1 ch

2. Crochet 1 dc in each stitch (27)

3. Crochet *1 dc, 1 bo* repeat until you have 1 stitch left. Crochet 1 dc in the last stitch. (27) (13 bobbles + 14 dc)

4. Repeat row 2 and 3 until your potholder has a square shape (13x13 bobbles)

5. Then you crochet an edge. Crochet dc along the sides of the potholder. There should be 3 dc in each corner. Be careful not to crochet too tightly. Finish with 1 sl st. If the edges are bending you can crochet another round.

6. Crochet two potholders and weave in ends. Attach a strap on each potholder.
