Where is my order confirmation?

Once you have completed your order on our website, you will immediately receive your order number on the screen. We will then send the order confirmation to the e-mail you have entered. This happens automatically after an order is placed.

If you have not received the order confirmation within a short time after placing your order, it may be due to one of two things.

• The email you entered is incorrect
• The order confirmation has ended up in your spam filter

How do I find my spam filter?

Your email account has a spam filter that automatically sorts your emails. Depending on the email account you have, the folder may be called junk mail/promotions/advertising/spam/other.

If you have a G-mail account, you will most often be able to find the order confirmation in the Promotions or Spam folder.

If you have a Hotmail/Outlook account, you will most often be able to find the order confirmation in the Junk Mail folder.

If you have a Yahoo email account, you will most often be able to find the order confirmation in the Spam folder. Once you have found the email in the spam folder, you can mark the email as "Non-spam". That way, you should be able to receive future emails from us regarding your order.
