Stock take

From the 9th to the 22nd of September, we will be conducting a stock take. This means that during this period, we will NOT be shipping or preparing packages from our address.

It will still be possible to place orders with us during this period. Orders placed during this time will be processed once we have completed the stock take on 22nd September.

All orders placed before 8th September at 11:59 PM will be processed as usual. However, we reserve the right to account for any out-of-stock items.

Why isn't RITO sending packages during this period?

We are embarking on the largest project in the company's history, as we are implementing a new warehouse system. This entails tasks such as conducting physical counts of all products and relocating them to new locations.

With the new warehouse system, we will have the ability to track inventory down to individual color variations, and it will also help us reduce the number of backorders.

Moreover, the new warehouse system will assist us in streamlining internal processes, thereby reducing the number of human errors and minimizing incorrect shipments.

All of these changes will ultimately benefit you as a customer.

We need your help

The fewer items we have in stock, the faster our inventory counting process will go. We hope to reopen earlier than the 23rd of September, but in order to do that, we need to lower the number of items in our warehouse. Therefore, we kindly ask you, as a customer, to place any potential orders before our inventory count - it would be a tremendous help!

Additionally, your understanding and patience is appreciated. We recognize that this situation is not ideal. However, in the long run, it will provide you with a better shopping experience when you shop with us. Therefore, we hope you will be patient with us. We assure you that we are moving as quickly as possible!

Important dates

The 8th September at 11:59 PM is the last opportunity to have orders processed as usual. Following this cutoff time, our inventory count period begins. Therefore, orders placed after this cutoff point will only be processed from September 23rd.

During the period from the 9th September to 22nd September, we will NOT be dispatching or preparing orders from our address. While it will still be possible to place an order, these orders will only be processed once we reopen on the 23rd September. This means that we will not be packing, preparing, or dispatching orders during this time. This also applies to orders with the option of pickup from our address.

Orders placed during this period will be processed in chronological order when we reopen.

Additionally, returns, complaints, and reshipments will not be possible for us to process during this period.

On the 23rd September, we will begin dispatching orders again. We will process orders in the order they were received. Therefore, there might be a slight delay in processing orders in the subsequent days.

Backorders

On September 7th, we will temporarily pause the processing of backorders. We will resume processing backorders once we have completed the inventory status on September 22nd. This means you can change your backorder during this period, but your order will not be shipped from our warehouse until after September 22nd. Please note that online backorder management is disabled during the same period. If you wish to make changes to your backorder, please contact our customer service or wait.
