Gütermann Textile Glue HT2 30g

Gütermann Textile Glue HT2 30g is a durable textile glue. The versatile textile adhesive is suitable for various types of yarn, fabric, leather, PVC and many other materials.

The textile adhesive is not suitable for acetate, coated textiles and styrene pores.

The tube contains 30 grams of textile glue. For optimal storage, the tube should be kept at approximately 18 degrees. Please note that the glue becomes transparent when it dries. At the same time, it can withstand washing at 40 degrees.

Use on textiles

Apply to one side and allow the adhesive to dry for 7 minutes. Then put the two sides together and iron for 5-10 seconds (set the iron according to the selected fabric).

Loosen the adhesive seam: iron over and immediately pull apart.

Changing the adhesive seam: after loosening the seam, attach the new seam and iron over.

Use on thin and flexible materials

Apply to one side in a thin coat and allow to dry for 5 minutes. Place the parts together and press lightly.

Use on rigid and solid materials

The textile adhesive is applied thinly to both adhesive surfaces. The adhesive must be left to dry for 15 minutes. One of the surfaces is thinly smeared again and the parts are joined and pressed together.

Remove the adhesive: dissolve the adhesive immediately with acetone and remove. When using acetone, always carry out a test in a concealed place to check colour fastness.
