Mask markers are used when you want to draw extra attention to a spot, a lap, a mask or anything else that needs extra focus. It could be a place you need to do something new again, or every 10th row so you can quickly see how far you've come. The markers are easy to use. You just put them in the work where you want it. The different types of markers need to be inserted in different ways. For example, the round ones can be put on the needle while you are knitting. Those that are open can be put on the needle or through the stitch and closed if the marker gives you that option.

You use stitch stoppers when you want to pause a project, for example, or carry it with you on the move without the work falling off the needle. You simply put the stopper on the end of the knitting needle and the work cannot fall off.

The box contains 88 pieces. The contents come in assorted colours and may therefore differ from what is shown. The box contains 4 types of stitch markers, yarn counters and stitch stoppers. The box is a smart flower-shaped box with 8 small compartments. In it you can put your stitch markers, stitch stoppers and other small items in the way you find most convenient. Each small compartment has a snap-on lid to hold them in place. The lids can be opened and closed individually, but the whole lid can also be removed together. The box is plastic and of good quality. The stitch stoppers are made of silicone, which makes them flexible.

There are two lap counters in two sizes. They can also be used to count stitches, pegs, reports and anything else you need a hand to remember. The counters often come in red and blue. They both work by attaching to your knitting needle or crochet hook, so you can easily change the count when you need to. There is a ring at each end of the counter which can be rotated to display a number between 0-9. This means you can count two different things at the same time up to 9 or you can use them together to recount something to 99. The rings can be turned both ways, so you can count up and down. The small counter fits approximately 2.00-5.00 mm needles, while the large counter fits approximately 4.50-6.50 mm needles. The counters are made of plastic and are about 2,3 cm long.
