Allround Medium Glue Lacquer 1000ml

Used both as varnish, glue and paint. As a varnish: dilute with water if necessary, where it dries to a clear, glossy to partly waterproof surface. As an adhesive: binds to almost all surfaces, especially suitable for collage work. As a paint: can be added to most colours as well as water bases.
