Infinity Hearts Safety Eyes Amigurumi Eyes Black 6 mm - 5 set

If you're creative with producing stuffed animals or teddy bears in either knitted, crocheted or sewn versions, you might be missing a pair of safety eyes like these from Infinity Hearts. This type of eyes is also called amigurumi eyes after the Japanese crochet style, which has become popular in Denmark for its small crocheted animals of 5-10 cm.

Technically, the eye is shaped like a small screw. The head of the screw and thus the eye itself measure 6 mm in diameter. A light brown screw protrudes from the back of the eye, making it 13 mm long. The eye is attached by simply turning the screw down through your finished project. Then click and pinch the closing mechanism on the back to secure the eye. No need to sew on the eyelets.
