Other information: 100 ml of liquid batik dye and 1 sachet of 200 g of fixative are sufficient to fully dye 660 g of dry, white, dry-clean cotton fabric. Exception: 100 ml of Black No 240 is sufficient for 330 g of dry fabric.

Product description

Water-based batik dye for many types of textiles. The colours are intermixable

Use to dye textiles in a water bath or directly in a washing machine (not the soap dish). 100 ml of dye is enough for 700 g of white cotton fabric or 350 g of black

Procedure:

Dissolve 1,000 g of fine salt in 10 litres of 30C or 60C hot water (the hotter the water, the darker the colour). Add 100 ml of liquid batik dye. Dissolve 200 g of fixative in a little warm water and pour into the dye mixture. Immediately place the weighed, wet, unfolded fabric in the dye bath. Leave the fabric in the bath for 30 minutes and allow it to flow freely. To avoid spotting, stir the dye bath regularly. After dyeing, rinse the fabric in several loads of water and then machine wash with soap at 60C.
