Prym Darning Mushroom Wood 55mm

Prym wooden darning eggs are used to repair socks. Usually when darning socks, it is often difficult to prevent them from losing their shape. The darn often becomes tighter than the rest of the sock. By using a darning egg, you avoid this problem.

The darning egg is shaped like a red fly sponge. The stick is made of wood and measures approximately 7 cm in length and has a diameter of 1 cm. The mushroom cap itself is made of wood and measures 5.5 cm in diameter and is 2 cm high. The toadstool is red with small white dots. The set comes with the stick and the toadstool separated.

The Prym Stop Egg is easy to use. Put the stick together with the toadstool. The stopper egg is placed on the inside of the stocking so that the stocking is stretched. This makes the hole easier to sew together.
