    1. The Privacy Policy describes how Rito ApS ("Rito", "us", "our", "we") collects and processes information about you.

  1. Which personal data is collected? for what purpose is personal data used? What is the legal basis for the processing of personal data?
    1.  When you visit Ritohobby.co.uk, we collect information about which IP address, browser type, network location and operating system you use. In addition, we collect information about what type of device you visit Ritohobby.co.uk from. 
      1. The purpose of collecting this information is to optimize your experience as a user and visitor to Ritohobby.co.uk. We also use the information for targeted marketing on mainly Google, Facebook and Instagram - including retargeting ads. This is through cookies. (read our cookie policy here) We use this data to improve Ritohobby.co.uk and to show targeted and interesting offers for you on the internet. In this way, we have the opportunity to improve our sales and increase customer satisfaction.
      2. The legal basis for the treatment is the EU Personal Data Regulation Art. 1, point F.

When you shop via Ritohobby.co.uk or communicate with us by e-mail, you provide the address, e-mail address, phone number, payment information, as well as information about which products you buy and possibly have returned, delivery requests, and information about the IP address from which the order is made.

Your personal data is used when we have to comply with our part of the purchase agreement and deliver the goods you have purchased and paid for on Ritohobby.co.uk, to be able to manage your rights to return and advertise. Your personal data is also used in order for us to comply with applicable accounting legislation. Purchase information is stored in Zitcom, Economic and also Epay, Viabill, Klarna or Mobilepay (depending on which payment method you have chosen). Upon purchase, the IP address is collected for the purpose and in order to safeguard our interest in preventing fraud.
      2. The legal basis for the handling of information is Article 6 (2) of the EU Personal Data Regulation. 1, points b, c and f.

When you sign up for our newsletter, we collect your personal data: Name, e-mail address, how you signed up (Facebook, Ritohobby.co.uk, trade fair etc. - we call this "source of signup"), IP address, favourite email client, read rate, which emails you read from us + continuity and possibly purchase history.
      1. Your personal data is used to send targeted newsletters to you with, among other things, offers and patterns. We, therefore, have the opportunity to show you goods that you are particularly interested in buying, which supports the company's purpose as a web store.
      2. The legal basis for the treatment is Article 6 of the EU Personal Data Regulation, paragraph 1, point f.
    1. It is not a requirement that you sign up for our newsletter. If you have signed up for the newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time via a link at the bottom of the newsletter. You can also be signed up for the newsletter in connection with a discount code on Ritohobby.co.uk, a competition on Facebook or as a final part of a purchase. In this connection, we receive information about you, which we then compare with other types of information we have about you.

  1.  Recipients of personal data
    1. Information about your name, address, e-mail, phone number and order number and specific delivery requests submitted in connection with order delivery are disclosed to our business partners who take care of the shipment of your goods. In terms of shipment, we cooperate with PostNord, DPD and Bring as our carrier, while Pakkelabels assists the delivery, as they connect Ritohobby.co.uk with the carrier. In addition, in rare cases of direct delivery or complaints, we may also have to pass on your personal data to the manufacturer and the supplier.
    2. Information can be passed on to external partners who process the information on our behalf. We use external partners for, among other things, technical operation and improvements of the Website, the sending of newsletters and targeted marketing, including retargeting. These companies are data processors under our instructions and process data for which we are the data controller. The data processors may not use the information for any purpose other than the fulfilment of the agreement with us and are subject to confidentiality.
    3. Order information is stored in Zitcom, Economic and also Epay, Viabill, Klarna or Mobilepay (depending on which payment method you have chosen). The purpose of this is to comply with the requirements of the Accounting Act for storing these data for 5 years.
    4. We have entered into written data processing agreements with all data processors who process personal data on our behalf.
    5.  In the event that we use data processors located outside the EU, the necessary safeguards for the transfer of personal data outside the EU are ensured through the data processor's certification under EU-US Privacy Shield cf. Article 45 of the EU Personal Data Regulations.

    You have the following rights in connection with our processing of your personal data:
  1. The right of access to your personal data
    1. You are at any time entitled to request information about, among other things, what information we have registered about you, what purpose the registration serves, which categories of personal data and recipients of information there may be. Maybe, as well as information about where the information originated.
    2. You always have the right to have your personal data disclosed. In this case, you can request this on our customer email info@ritohobby.co.uk with the subject field "Personal data". Then you will be asked to document your identity to ensure that we provide the personal information to the right person.
  1. The right to rectify your personal data
    1. If your personal data is not correctly registered or has changed, you are of course welcome to contact us, to have your personal data corrected. This could, for instance, be in a case where you have moved to a new address.

    2. Personal data we have collected about you in signing up for our newsletter will not be deleted until you revoke your consent unless we have a legitimate basis for continuing to keep it.
    3. Personal data we have collected in connection with a purchase on Ritohobby.co.uk, cf. section 2.2, will, as a rule, be deleted 3 years after the end of the calendar year in which the year you have made your purchase. However, these can also be stored for a long time if we have a legitimate need for longer storage, for example, if it is necessary for legal claims to be established, enforced or defended, or if storage is necessary for us to meet legal requirements.
