Free pattern for crocheted orange – Karla’s orange
Why is it called Karla's Fruit – Karla’s Orange?
The designer wanted to make a lot of play food for her niece Karla's 2 year birthday. However, she thought that a completely ordinary round orange was too "boring" and therefore tried to make it in a way so that there was more "play in it" - this was the result.
The pattern is named after the designer's niece, therefore it is called Karla's fruit - Karla's orange.
