Terms and conditions for use of #ritoshare

We love to see how creative our followers and customers are. Therefore, we would like to see what you are creating with the products you receive from us. We strive to make it easy and inspiring to express yourself creatively. If you have created something you would like to showcase, we will happily share our customers' creative posts on our social platforms.

How to get the opportunity to have your photo displayed on our Instagram accounts and our marketing campaigns:

1.       Post a photo of the work you have created using our products on your own Instagram account and use the hashtags: #ritohobby #ritokrea and tag @ritohobby.co.uk. 
2.       If we contact you about sharing your photo, reply with #ritoshare.
3.       We now know that you have agreed to let us share your photo!

Keep in mind that we are unfortunately not able to view photos that are posted on private accounts.

When you reply with #ritoshare you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. You confirm that you are not a corporate entity and that you are over the age of 18 or have parental consent. Rito does not take responsibility for whether these conditions are met.

2. You grant Rito ApS unlimited rights to use the image on all social media and as inspiration material on the website.

3. You agree that Rito ApS may use your image in advertising and marketing, including that Rito ApS may change and edit the image. You hereby give your consent that Rito ApS may share images where you may be identified in marketing and advertising contexts on social media and other sales channels. 

4. You agree that Rito has no obligation to pay for the use of the images. This, however, only applies to people who do not have an additional written agreement with Rito.

5. By using #ritoshare, you confirm that you have taken the photo yourself and that you hold all the rights to the photo you have shared. If any other persons should appear in the photo, you have their consent and approval for sharing it with Rito.
