The story behind the pattern

The Reading Badger is a teddy bear that is distributed to all classes in the 1st grade in Greve Municipality, Denmark. The aim of the reading badger is to promote a love of reading in children and to give them a permanent opportunity to read and be read aloud to. This badger has been developed as a reading teddy bear for Greve Library and is therefore designed to be made relatively quickly. Therefore, I use a nice thick yarn and a relatively large needle in the pattern.
