The interchangeable circular needles are 11.8 cm long and made of Japanese bamboo with 24 carat gold-plated brass transitions. Bamboo is a light and strong material. The set contains 10 sizes of interchangeable circular needles in sizes 3-10 mm. In addition, you get 4 cables in black nylon: 1 piece 60 cm, 2 pieces 80 cm and 1 piece 100 cm. Finally, 4 stainless steel tension wrenches, 1 set of cable transitions and 8 stoppers are included. The cables are very easy to screw onto the knitting needles. It all comes in a green fabric case with transparent sides so you can easily see the contents. The set is also multifunctional. You can use it as a classic circular needle set for shawls, sweaters and plaids or screw a stopper at the end of the thread instead of a circular needle to make an extended knitting needle.

KnitPro makes wooden sticks down to thin sizes, these are very fragile and should be used with care. For a KnitPro needle to be exchangeable, it must be due to a manufacturing defect.

Instructions

The kit is simple to use. Simply screw the desired size knitting needle onto each end of the cable. You need to screw clockwise. To tighten the cable to the knitting needle, then use the small tightening wrench. Insert the tension wrench into the cable hole. Hold on to the tension key itself and the cable. Now tighten the knitting needle completely so that you tighten the cable and the key together. They should fit tightly together. When you have finished your knitting project, use the tension wrench again to remove the cable from the knitting needle. Turn counterclockwise and the cable and knitting needle should come loose. Putting a stopper at each end of the cable allows you to pause the project while the knitting needles can be used for other projects.
