Fluffy Cloud Filling for Toys, Dolls and Pillows 250g

Wadding, teddy bear stuffing, doll stuffing or pillow stuffing - dear child has many names, but they all cover the soft, light and huggable stuffing you can put in teddies, dolls or pillows to make them cosy and give them the right shape.

When you're knitting teddies, crocheting dolls or making beautiful quilted or patchwork cushions, you need just the right stuffing to really bring out the best in your work. It should have just the right firmness and lightness, but it's also an advantage if it can withstand a trip in the washing machine, should that be necessary.

What is Fluffy Cloud batting?

In this pack you get 250g of white fill wadding, made from 100% polyester. Depending on how much you stuff into your finished projects, you can achieve a more or less firm feel and make it more or less 'cuddly'.

The batting can withstand a 40°C wash and can also be tumble dried at 60°C, but do not spin as this can cause the batting to clump and become hard and uncomfortable to the touch.

What can you do with Fluffy Cloud Filling Wadding?

Cushion fill is made to enable you to stuff the things you make, so they look their best and can be given away as gifts or put on display as decorations straight away. That's why the batting is not only light and soft, it's also made to lie in small pieces that are easy to divide and squeeze together, allowing them to enter through small holes and quickly expand again once inside.

Squeeze it if you want a firm feel, or pack it lightly if you want a soft and pliable feel. If you're making cushions, it's a good idea to fill the cover well, as the filling may collapse slightly with use. Teddy bears and dolls, on the other hand, can be softer and more pliable.
