Infinity Hearts Giga Iris is a comfortable art yarn made from 100% anti-pilling acrylic. Although Giga Iris is an acrylic yarn, you can expect a soft yarn texture that is neither scratchy nor stiff in its shape. In addition, the acrylic material is anti-pilling, which means that the yarn material does not form small fiber balls (or lint) that some natural and synthetic yarns can be prone to. These qualities make Infinity Hearts Giga Iris a great yarn alternative to wool, for example.

As the name suggests, Giga Iris is a larger version of Infinity Hearts Iris. The knitting tension of 10 x 10 cm = 22m x 30p, the recommended needle and crochet hook size, and the material blend itself are all the same. However, the advantage of Giga Iris is that you get significantly more yarn in one ball. You get 500 grams of Iris yarn corresponding to a running length of approximately 1750 meters. Giga Iris is therefore an ideal purchase if you have a larger project on the drawing board, such as a beautiful cardigan, sweater or scarf.
