These safety eyes have a tired, half-assed, stony or dull look if the eyelids are on top of the eye. If you turn them around, the eyes look more nervous. So you can give your teddy bear or doll just the look you want. Combine it with a mouth to help the expression or put a push button where the mouth should be and make several mouths with push buttons so they can be clicked on and change the expression.

The eyes are white with black pupils and markings. They have eyelids that go down to about just above the middle of the eye, so the pupil sticks out. The eyelids are red, but don't look like they are made up. Therefore, the eyes can be used for both men and women.

In the package you get 5 sets of eyes including safety lock. The eyes are attached together two by two with a single pin and safety lock for each.

To attach the eyes, simply insert the peg through the fabric, crochet or knit where you want the eyes to go. On the back, snap on the safety lock so it sits as close to the eye as possible. Be aware that the lock cannot come off once it is put on the needle.
