How to use the KnitPro Natural Wool winder

1. Clamp the wool winder to a flat surface, such as a table or counter, with the clamp and then tighten the clamp using the wing nut (O) to use the device most optimally.
2. Place the large rubber band (J) around the turntable (L) and the wooden pulley (Q).
3. Take the yarn through the yarn eye at the top of the metal rod (B) and thread the yarn through the two slots at the top of the spindle (E).
4. To start winding yarn, start by turning the turntable (L) slowly three or four times with the handle (K). When the turning movements start to be more stable, you can start to increase the turning speed.
5. When you have finished winding the yarn, carefully remove the yarn eye by pushing it up to the top of the spindle (F). Using the yarn eye, you can either pull the yarn from the middle or the outside, whichever you prefer.

NOTE: You should hold the yarn from the yarn eye slightly taut and let the yarn slide smoothly between your fingers as it winds on the spindle. To do this, it's important not to turn the handle too quickly, as this can risk making your yarn loops misshapen and loose.
